Is there a score guarantee?

Yes, for repeat takers. Send us your most recent official GMAT Focus score within 7 days of going Pro and it becomes your baseline. Reach the retake target set for your baseline (up to a 715) and you're done. Come in under that, and we extend your Pro plan free for another full term. The conditions: finish your study plan and book the retake at least eight weeks out, and sit it while your plan is still active. First-time takers aren't eligible for the guarantee, though the 7-day refund still covers them. The tier table and fine print are on the score guarantee page.

What's the refund policy?

Every plan carries a full refund within 7 days of payment, for any reason. Email help@hireaclanker.com and it's done: the money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 7 business days (international cards can take up to 20). After that, the repeat-taker score guarantee covers you all the way to test day, with a free plan extension if you don't hit your target.

Will I be billed automatically?

No. Every Pro plan is a one-time payment for a fixed window of 3, 6, or 12 months. Nothing renews on its own, and the 7-day trial needs no card at all.
