What happens when I pick a plan?

What does Pro include?

Because a feature ladder punishes the people who need the most help. You are only choosing how long you need access, and the longer plans cost less per month.

Is there a student discount?

Yes. Students at BITS Pilani and the IITs get 90% off every plan. Sign up with your institute email address and verify it, and the discount applies automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Will plans auto-renew?

No. Every Pro plan is a one-time payment for a fixed window. When it ends, it ends. Your account stays intact, with your full history and analytics, so a retake picks up where you left off.

Question 6

How does the score guarantee work?

It's for repeat takers. Send us your most recent official GMAT Focus score within 7 days of going Pro, and that score is your baseline. Finish your study plan and book your retake at least eight weeks out. Sit it while your plan is still active. If you don't reach the retake target set for your baseline (up to a 715), we extend your Pro plan free for another full term. The tier table and full conditions are on the score guarantee page.

What's the refund policy?

Two layers. Every plan carries a 7-day full refund with no conditions: email help@hireaclanker.com within a week of paying, and you get all of it back on the card you paid with (usually 5 to 7 business days, up to 20 for international cards). After that, the repeat-taker score guarantee covers you through test day, with a free plan extension if you miss your target.

Does the diagnostic count toward my trial?
